3. Other Terms of Use by Members

You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity. You also acknowledge that you are single (never married), divorced, or widowed. You are legally single. If you are divorced, it must be finalized. If your marriage is annulled or you are divorced, you must be current on all of your financial obligations related to your divorce or annulment; including alimony, childcare expenses, child medical expenses, and child support. WesternShaadi.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions. You will not post in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses and other personal identification or location information. You will not use the WesternShaadi.com Service or Site for any purpose other than seeking a match.

You agree that WesternShaadi.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service. You are responsible for information you post on the Site. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the WesternShaadi.com service or release to others.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on WesternShaadi.com. WesternShaadi.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees (if paid).
You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through WesternShaadi.com Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other WesternShaadi.com Members. Although WesternShaadi.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the WesternShaadi.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect WesternShaadi.com and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, WesternShaadi.com reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / emails which a Member may send to other Member in any 24-hour period to a number which WesternShaadi.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion

4. Monitoring of Information
WesternShaadi.com reserves the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings, messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines, which may be applicable from time to time.

5. Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of WesternShaadi.com. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

6. Privacy
Use of the Web site and/or the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member of the Service, you consent to your data being sent to the WesternShaadi.com and to such other third parties as may be involved in the provision and operation of the Service.

7. Our Responsibilities
